AIR FORCE RECRUITMENT RALLY : KOCHI (KERALA) MARCH 2014

RECRUITMENT RALLY FOR GROUP 'Y' (FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT ONLY)TRADE
 AT 14 AIRMEN SELECTION CENTRE, VII/302-B, AIRPORT SEAPORT ROAD, MAVELIPURAM JUNCTION, KAKKANAD, KOCHI (KERALA) FROM 19 MARCH 2014 TO 26 MARCH 2014

Indian Air Force offers opportunities for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS from the designated Districts of State of Kerala, Mahe (UT of Puducherry) and UT of Lakshadweep to become airmen. The Recruitment Test for Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) Trade {For Medical Assistant only) will be held at 14 Airmen Selection Centre, VII/302-B, Airport Seaport Road, Mavelipuram Junction, Kakkanad, Kochi (Kerala) from 19 March 2014 to 26 March 2014 as per the Selection Programme given below.




DATE OF BIRTH :-
Candidates should be born between 01 FEBRUARY 1994 to 31 MAY 1997 (both days inclusive).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-
Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Note:- Exact aggregate percentage of marks up to first place of decimal for all subjects as mentioned in the Marks Sheet of Intermediate or 10+2/equivalent (For example, 49.9% should NOT be rounded off to 50%).



HOW TO APPLY:-
Interested candidates have to register first in order to attend the recruitment rally. Details about registration schedule is given below.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:-
All eligible candidates are required to fill the Registration Form
(typed on A4 size paper) format as given in the advertisement  and report to registration venue along with duly filled registration form and original documents. The Registration for the Recruitment Rally will be done at 14 Airmen Selection Centre, VII/302-B, Airport Seaport Road, Mavelipuram Junction, Kakkanad, Kochi (Kerala) from 0700 Hr to 1300 Hr as per following schedule.

SELECTION PROGRAMME:-
The Recruitment Test will be conducted from 0700 Hrs. onwards every day in respect of registered candidates as per the details given below. Candidates reporting late at the Rally venue will not be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
Note : - The Recruitment Test is not for selection as Commissioned Officers/Pilots/Navigators.

WRITING MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-
Candidates are to bring the following documents and writing materials along with them while coming for the examination:-

(a) HB Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Gum tube, Stapler and Black/Blue Ball Point Pen for writing.

(b) Seven copies of recent (taken on or after 19 December 2013) passport-size colour photograph (front portrait, without headgear except for Sikhs). Photographs should be only on good quality “photo paper” with Light Background. Out of seven copies of photographs two are required at the time of Registration and in Admit Card during the month of February 2014, remaining five copies are required at the time of Examination during the month of March 2014

(c) Two unstamped self-addressed 24x10 cm white envelopes of good quality.

(d) Original and three self-attested photocopies of all educational certificates, marks sheets and Domicile Certificate as well as NCC certificates (if applicable).

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THE CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO APPEAR IN THE RALLY WITHOUT ORIGINAL MATRICULATION PASS CERTIFICATE, INTERMEDIATE/10+2 MARKS SHEET, INTERMEDIATE/10+2 PASS CERTIFICATE AND DOMICILE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE). HOWEVER, CANDIATES WITH PHOTOCOPIES OF MATRICULATION PASS CERTIFICATE, INTERMEDIDATE/10+2 MARKS SHEET AND INTERMEDIATE/10+2 PASS CERTIFICATE CAN BE PERMITTED TO APPEAR IN THE RALLY ONLY ON PRODUCTION OF A CERTIFICATE FROM SCHOOL / COLLEGE PRINCIPAL CERTIFYING THAT EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES / MARKS SHEETS ARE DEPOSITED WITH SCHOOL / COLLEGE.

(e) Consent Form: (as per the format given in the advertisement) Candidates are to bring the "Consent Form" to the Examination Venue and submit it before the Physical Fitness Test. Candidates below 18 years of age are to get the Consent Form filled and signed by their parent/guardian. The candidates of 18 years of age and above can sign the consent form themselves.
